  1. W.C. Batson was my Mother’s, Fredna Batson Madden, Father. He was also the District Attorney for Harrison, Hancock, and George, and he was a State of Representative in Jackson, MS. As a little girl I was taught all those things including the values that were placed on his works and his dedication to all people. Daddy, Mother, Mama Kate taught me all about what land means and what it was suppose to do for helping others…I stand by those truths to this day and that will never change.
